Summit Communications, Inc., was formed in 1992 by Joseph H. Blatchford, an international trade lawyer. The firm is headquartered in Washington, D.C., and our scope extends to the national and international media, the executive branch, Capitol Hill, academia and leading businesses. We help U.S. and foreign clients get their message across and get action from U.S. Government officials and national opinion leaders.

Co-founded by renowned international economist Dr. Norman A. Bailey, our newly formed subsidiary, Summit Trade & Technology (ST&T), is the international business development arm of Summit Communications and specializes in assisting U.S. firms, particularly high-tech companies, to open new markets and increase market share throughout the Americas.

Summit's public communications clients include foreign heads of state, cabinet ministries, industries and chambers of commerce.

ST&T's clients include U.S. companies seeking business opportunities abroad and foreign companies looking for U.S. partners. A major emphasis is on delivering U.S. information technology to foreign industries, education systems and governmental agencies.

The Summit Team is made up of experienced, international professionals drawn from numerous fields, among them: government, journalism, economics, law and public relations.
